PRICES

 

Call out charges are £20, This includes the first 30 minutes assessment,

( applies to all services except tutoring which will be charged per hour only ).

 

Repairs & Faults, the regular charge will be £10 per hour after the assessment.

 

On occasions a computer problem may be more serious or difficult to diagnose, the computer may require uplifting to the workshop. If parts are required to fix the problem we will notify the customer of the repair cost and ask if they wish to proceed.

 

(All parts are sourced from online or local suppliers, we always scout around for the best quality and best prices to suit the customer’s needs, the parts will come with their own manufacturer’s warranty.)

 

Due to current fuel prices there may be a small travel charge per mile,

Depending on distance to travel, local call outs no travel charge.
